Using this business card for Back to school

Shops, tutors and schools hand cards to families at the counter, at local events and in person, and it's often the first thing a new contact keeps. Keep the front for your name and contact details and use the back for one message, such as a supplies bundle or early registration price.

Lists sell: show what's included in a bundle as a checklist. Fewer, larger words read better on a card than a full list of services.

What to put on it

  • Your name, role and business name
  • Phone, email and website (or a QR code to your booking page)
  • One short line on what you do

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Business card (3.5 × 2 in) and Business card 85 × 55 mm. Most printers use 14–16 pt card (roughly 300–350 gsm). Matte stock is easy to write on; gloss makes photos stand out.
