How bakeries use this brochure
Leave brochures where morning regulars and custom-order customers can pick one up: on the bakery case, in boxes and on bags. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.
Give custom orders their own line with the lead time (for example 48 hours' notice) so customers ask early. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

Sizes and paper
