Bakery place setting placemat template

Placemats turn every table into advertising: bakeries use them to show a dozen-for-the-price-of-ten deal, a kids' activity or local sponsors. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How bakeries use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: baked fresh each morning.

Give custom orders their own line with the lead time (for example 48 hours' notice) so customers ask early. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

  • Your logo and a short welcome
  • A dozen-for-the-price-of-ten deal
  • Something for children to do, if you serve families
  • Website, social handles or a QR code

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Placemat 17 × 11 in. Paper placemats are usually printed in bulk on uncoated paper; keep important text away from where plates sit.
