How BBQ joints and smokehouses use this rack card

Leave them in racks at hotels, visitor centres, waiting rooms and partner businesses. The top third must work on its own, because that's all that shows in a rack. Worth including: how many hours you smoke the brisket.

Sell meats by weight and by plate side by side, and say what happens when something sells out. Ask partner businesses to swap racks: their cards in your space, yours in theirs.

What to put on it

  • Name and headline in the top third
  • What you offer: brisket, ribs and pulled pork by the pound, sides and sauces
  • A family pack with two meats and sides
  • Map, phone and a QR code
