Breakfast diner hours & info sign template

A sign does the talking when no one's free to: breakfast diners and brunch spots use them on tables, the counter and the window to point early regulars and weekend brunch crowds to an early-bird plate before 8 a.m.. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How breakfast diners and brunch spots use this sign

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type. Worth including: breakfast served all day.

Put add-ons (bacon, avocado, extra eggs) in one short list rather than under every dish. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear.

What to put on it

  • A headline that can be read from across the room
  • An early-bird plate before 8 a.m.
  • An arrow, date or time if it helps
  • Your logo, small
