How breakfast diners and brunch spots use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: breakfast served all day.

Put add-ons (bacon, avocado, extra eggs) in one short list rather than under every dish. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.
