A sign does the talking when no one's free to: breweries, taprooms and bars use them behind the bar, on tables and on event posters to point regulars and weekend visitors to a happy-hour price or a flight of tasters. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How breweries, taprooms and bars use this sign

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type. Worth including: brewed on site or local partners.

List ABV and pour size beside each drink; regulars look for them first. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear.

What to put on it

A headline that can be read from across the room
A happy-hour price or a flight of tasters
An arrow, date or time if it helps
Your logo, small
