Catering colour block brochure template

A brochure gives event hosts, offices and couples the full picture of packages, trays and per-person menus, so caterers can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How caterers use this brochure

Leave brochures where event hosts, offices and couples can pick one up: in proposals, at tastings and at wedding fairs. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Price per person and state the minimum guest count, so enquiries arrive with the details you need. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: packages, trays and per-person menus
  • Events you've served and your food safety training
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code

Sizes and paper
