Catering photo offer table tent template

A table tent sits right in front of event hosts, offices and couples, so caterers use it for specials and add-ons when you quote a wedding, party or office lunch. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How caterers use this table tent

Stand them on tables, counters and bars. Each side can carry a different message: a special on one, a QR code to the full menu or reviews on the other. Worth including: events you've served and your food safety training.

Price per person and state the minimum guest count, so enquiries arrive with the details you need. Change table tents often; the same card on the table for months stops being noticed.

What to put on it

  • A free tasting for bookings over a set size
  • A photo of the item
  • A QR code for the menu, Wi-Fi or reviews
  • Price, if it's an offer

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Table tent (Each side 4 × 6 in). Printed on heavy card (14 pt or more) and scored so it folds cleanly and stands on its own.
