How cleaning services use this flyer
Hand it out or put it up where homeowners, renters and offices will see it: on doors, in apartment lobbies and at local businesses. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: insured and background-checked staff, if that's true for you.
Price by home size (bedrooms and bathrooms) so people can work out a quote themselves. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance.
What to put on it
- One headline that says what's on offer
- A date, deadline or opening hours
- The offer itself: a discounted first clean
- Address, phone and a QR code at the bottom
