How contractors and builders use this flyer
Hand it out or put it up where homeowners will see it: on job-site signs, doors near current jobs and in hardware stores. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: licensed and insured, with photos of finished jobs.
Show a before-and-after photo; it does more than a list of services. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance. Add your contractor license number if your state requires it on advertising.
