Daycare & preschool services brochure template

A brochure gives parents the full picture of care, early learning and enrolment, so daycares and preschools can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How daycares and preschools use this brochure

Leave brochures where parents can pick one up: at pediatricians, libraries and community centres. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Parents look for hours, ages served and how to book a tour; put those first. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order. Add your childcare license number if your state requires it.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: care, early learning and enrolment
  • Your licence, staff ratios and safety practices
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
