How PE and health teachers use this reward chart

Put it on the wall or in a folder and add a sticker or stamp for each step. Celebrate the small steps as well as the finish so motivation lasts. PE and health teachers working on fitness, teamwork, rules and healthy habits can change every word to match the unit.

Laminate anything used in the gym; it will get handled a lot. Set goals students can reach within a week; long charts lose their pull.

What to put on it

  • The goal in simple words
  • Boxes for each day or step
  • The reward at the end
  • Student's name

Sizes and printing
