How Spanish teachers use this lesson plan

Fill it in for daily lessons, observations or sub plans, and keep a copy in your planning binder. A consistent layout makes it quicker to plan and easier for a substitute to follow. Spanish teachers working on vocabulary, verb conjugation and conversation can change every word to match the unit.

Group vocabulary by theme and include a picture or an example sentence for each word. Write the objective in student-friendly words you can say out loud at the start.

What to put on it

  • Learning objective
  • Activities with timings
  • Materials needed
  • How you'll check understanding

Sizes and printing

This template comes in one size: Lesson plan (11 × 8.5 in). Letter or A4; many teachers keep it digital and print only for observations or substitutes.
