Mail or hand them out, or send the design as an image or PDF in a message. Send them early enough that guests can plan, and keep the wording as formal or relaxed as the event.

Show iftar times or opening hours if they change during Ramadan. Ask for RSVPs a week or two before you need final numbers.

What to put on it

  • What, when and where
  • RSVP details and a deadline

  • A QR code to directions or an RSVP form
