Using this invitation for End of school year

Mail or hand them out, or send the design as an image or PDF in a message. Send them early enough that guests can plan, and keep the wording as formal or relaxed as the event.

Print awards and certificates on heavier card so they survive the trip home. Ask for RSVPs a week or two before you need final numbers.
