Event planner minimal brochure template

A brochure gives hosts and guests the full picture of weddings, parties and corporate events, so event planners can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How event planners use this brochure

Leave brochures where hosts and guests can pick one up: at venues, on welcome tables and in proposals. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Make a small style sheet (two colours, two fonts) and use it for every printed piece of an event. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: weddings, parties and corporate events
  • Events you've planned
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
