How event planners use this flyer

Hand it out or put it up where hosts and guests will see it: at venues, on welcome tables and in proposals. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: events you've planned.

Make a small style sheet (two colours, two fonts) and use it for every printed piece of an event. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance.

What to put on it

  • One headline that says what's on offer
  • A date, deadline or opening hours
  • The offer itself: a free planning call
  • Address, phone and a QR code at the bottom
