How event planners use this door hanger

Hang them on doors near your business and in the neighbourhoods you serve. They're picked up by hand, so a quick, clear offer works best. Worth including: events you've planned.

Make a small style sheet (two colours, two fonts) and use it for every printed piece of an event. Hang them in the late morning on dry days, and never in mailboxes, which in the US are for mail only.

What to put on it

  • A free planning call
  • Why they're getting it (for example, 'working on your street this week')
  • Phone, website and a QR code
  • An expiry date

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Door hanger (4.25 × 11 in). Printed on heavy card (about 14 pt) with a die-cut hole; leave the area around the hole clear of text.
