Event planner appointment reminder magnet template

A magnet stays on the fridge for months, which is why event planners use them to be the number hosts and guests call first. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How event planners use this magnet

Hand them out after a job, mail them, or leave them with new customers. Car-door magnets turn a vehicle into a sign. Worth including: events you've planned.

Make a small style sheet (two colours, two fonts) and use it for every printed piece of an event. Make the phone number the biggest thing on the magnet.

What to put on it

  • Phone number, large
  • What you do, in a few words
  • Website or QR code
  • Logo

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 3 sizes, including Business card magnet 3.5 × 2 in, Car magnet 18 × 12 in and Car magnet 24 × 12 in. Printed on flexible magnetic sheet; car-door magnets need a thicker, outdoor-grade sheet than fridge magnets.
