How gyms and fitness studios use this door hanger

Hang them on doors near your business and in the neighbourhoods you serve. They're picked up by hand, so a quick, clear offer works best. Worth including: certified trainers or member results you have permission to share.

Show the class timetable in a grid by day; it's what members photograph and keep. Hang them in the late morning on dry days, and never in mailboxes, which in the US are for mail only.

What to put on it

  • A free first week or class pass
  • Why they're getting it (for example, 'working on your street this week')
  • Phone, website and a QR code
  • An expiry date

Sizes and paper
