How florists use this letterhead

Use it for quotes, letters, estimates and receipts. Print a batch for handwritten notes, or download it as a PDF to use as the first page of typed documents. Worth including: same-day delivery, if you offer it.

Show your order cut-off time for same-day delivery in large type. Put contact details in the footer so the top stays clean.

What to put on it

  • Logo and business name at the top
  • Address, phone, email and website
  • Plenty of space for the letter itself

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Letterhead (8.5 × 11 in) and Letterhead A4. Letter or A4 on 24 lb bond (about 90 gsm) or a slightly heavier text paper. Keep the design light so it doesn't compete with the writing.
