How food truck owners use this calendar

Give them away at the end of the year, sell them as merch, or use them for school and event dates. Worth including: where to find you each day.

Keep the menu to the few items you can make fast, and add a QR code that links to your weekly schedule. Order in early autumn so calendars are ready to hand out before the new year.

What to put on it

  • Twelve months with key dates
  • A photo or design for each month
  • Contact details on every page

Sizes and paper

This template comes in one size: Yearly calendar (11 × 17 in). Wall calendars are usually saddle-stitched with a hole for hanging; plan one page per month plus a cover.
