Using this certificate for Graduation

Use them for awards, course completions, volunteer thanks and milestones. A line on why the award was earned makes it mean more than a generic title, and a real signature makes it official.

Leave room for the graduate's name and photo; personal pieces get kept. Print one test with the longest name on your list to check it fits.

What to put on it

  • Recipient's name, large
  • What it's for
  • Date and signature lines
  • Logo or seal

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Certificate (11 × 8.5 in) and Certificate A4. Letter or A4 on heavier cover stock; parchment or textured paper suits formal awards.
