How luxury real estate agents use this flyer
Hand it out or put it up where high-end buyers and sellers will see it: in mailers, at showings and in coffee-table brochures. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.
Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.
