Luxury homes luxury property brochure template

A brochure gives high-end buyers and sellers the full picture of premium listings and private showings, so luxury real estate agents can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How luxury real estate agents use this brochure

Leave brochures where high-end buyers and sellers can pick one up: in mailers, at showings and in coffee-table brochures. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: premium listings and private showings
  • Your sales record and brokerage
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
