How luxury real estate agents use this shelf talker

Clip them to shelf edges or stand them next to products. Keep the message short: a price, a reason and maybe a picture. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Use one colour for all sale talkers so shoppers learn to look for it.

What to put on it

  • A private tour
  • Why it's worth trying (new, staff pick, local)
  • Product name
  • Valid dates for offers
