How luxury real estate agents use this door hanger

Hang them on doors near your business and in the neighbourhoods you serve. They're picked up by hand, so a quick, clear offer works best. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Hang them in the late morning on dry days, and never in mailboxes, which in the US are for mail only. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • A private tour
  • Why they're getting it (for example, 'working on your street this week')
  • Phone, website and a QR code
  • An expiry date

Sizes and paper
