How luxury real estate agents use this postcard

Mail them to a neighbourhood, include them with orders, or leave a stack in mailers, at showings and in coffee-table brochures. The front carries the picture; the back the details and address. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Track results with a short code or a QR link unique to each mailing. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • A strong photo or headline on the front
  • A private tour, with an expiry date
  • Your contact details and a QR code
  • A clear address area if you're mailing it
