How luxury real estate agents use this rack card

Leave them in racks at hotels, visitor centres, waiting rooms and partner businesses. The top third must work on its own, because that's all that shows in a rack. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Ask partner businesses to swap racks: their cards in your space, yours in theirs. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • Name and headline in the top third
  • What you offer: premium listings and private showings
  • A private tour
  • Map, phone and a QR code
