Luxury homes offer tag sign rider template

How luxury real estate agents use this sign rider

Riders hang below or above the main sign on the same frame. They're read from a passing car, so a few words only. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Check the rider width matches your sign frame before ordering. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • Two to four words
  • Phone number or website, if that's the rider's job
  • High-contrast colours

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Sign rider 24 × 6 in and Sign rider 18 × 6 in. Usually printed on corrugated plastic or aluminium to match the main sign.
