How luxury real estate agents use this sign

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type. Worth including: your sales record and brokerage.

Use fewer, larger photos and generous margins; crowding cheapens a premium listing. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear. Add your license number and brokerage name if your state requires them on advertising.

What to put on it

  • A headline that can be read from across the room
  • A private tour
  • An arrow, date or time if it helps
  • Your logo, small
