How Mediterranean grills use this rack card

Leave them in racks at hotels, visitor centres, waiting rooms and partner businesses. The top third must work on its own, because that's all that shows in a rack. Worth including: halal meat or recipes from home, if that's true for you.

Show plates as build-your-own steps: protein, base, sides, sauce. Ask partner businesses to swap racks: their cards in your space, yours in theirs.

What to put on it

  • Name and headline in the top third
  • What you offer: shawarma, falafel, plates and mezze
  • A plate with two sides
  • Map, phone and a QR code
