How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this brochure

Leave brochures where home buyers and homeowners can pick one up: at open houses, with agent partners and at buyer seminars. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.
