Keep the front for your name and contact details and use the back for one message, such as a free pre-approval consultation.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Fewer, larger words read better on a card than a full list of services. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.
