How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this flyer
Hand it out or put it up where home buyers and homeowners will see it: at open houses, with agent partners and at buyer seminars. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.
Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.
