How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this placemat

Put them under plates or trays. Guests have a few minutes while waiting, so this is a good place for a story, a puzzle for children or upcoming events. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Leave the centre of the mat fairly plain; that's where the plate goes.

What to put on it

Your logo and a short welcome
A free pre-approval consultation
Something for children to do, if you serve families
Website, social handles or a QR code
