How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this sign

Use signs for opening hours, directions, offers and rules. A sign is read from a distance, often while walking, so it needs very few words in very large type. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Test it: step back the distance people will read it from and check the main line is still clear. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.

What to put on it

  • A headline that can be read from across the room
  • A free pre-approval consultation
  • An arrow, date or time if it helps
  • Your logo, small
