How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this banner

Hang it on a fence, a shopfront or behind a table at an event. Banners are seen from far away and for a moment, so one big message beats several small ones. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Dark text on a light background (or the reverse) reads best from a distance. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.
