How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this TV menu board

Open educateddesigner.com/tv on any TV with a web browser, pair it with a code, and choose this design. When you edit the design, the TV updates by itself. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Text should be readable from where customers queue; test it from the back of the line.

What to put on it

  • Your best sellers in the largest type
  • Combo or meal-deal prices
  • A free pre-approval consultation
  • Your logo, small, in a corner
