How loan officers and mortgage brokers use this rack card

Leave them in racks at hotels, visitor centres, waiting rooms and partner businesses. The top third must work on its own, because that's all that shows in a rack. Worth including: your lender name and years helping buyers.

Avoid quoting a specific rate on printed pieces; rates change faster than you can reprint. Ask partner businesses to swap racks: their cards in your space, yours in theirs. Add your NMLS ID, any state license number you must show, and the Equal Housing logo where it applies.

What to put on it

  • Name and headline in the top third
  • What you offer: purchase loans, refinancing and pre-approvals
  • A free pre-approval consultation
  • Map, phone and a QR code
