Nonprofit & charity minimal brochure template

A brochure gives supporters, volunteers and donors the full picture of your cause, events and volunteer days, so nonprofits and charities can leave the details behind after a conversation. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How nonprofits and charities use this brochure

Leave brochures where supporters, volunteers and donors can pick one up: at events, in mail appeals and with partner businesses. The front panel should make someone pick it up, the inside explains what you offer, and the back panel holds contact details.

Show one specific outcome (for example meals served) rather than general statements. Write the inside panels so each one makes sense on its own; people rarely read a brochure in order.

What to put on it

  • A cover headline and photo
  • What you offer: your cause, events and volunteer days
  • What each donation achieves
  • Prices or how to get a quote
  • Contact details and a map or QR code
