Property management checklist magnet template

A magnet stays on the fridge for months, which is why property managers use them to be the number owners and tenants call first. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How property managers use this magnet

Hand them out after a job, mail them, or leave them with new customers. Car-door magnets turn a vehicle into a sign. Worth including: units managed and your response times.

Make one version for owners and one for tenants; they want different things. Make the phone number the biggest thing on the magnet. Add your license number if your state requires one for property management.

What to put on it

  • Phone number, large
  • What you do, in a few words
  • Website or QR code
  • Logo
