How property managers use this postcard

Mail them to a neighbourhood, include them with orders, or leave a stack in lobbies, on door hangers and at owner meetings. The front carries the picture; the back the details and address. Worth including: units managed and your response times.

Make one version for owners and one for tenants; they want different things. Track results with a short code or a QR link unique to each mailing. Add your license number if your state requires one for property management.
