How property managers use this sign rider

Riders hang below or above the main sign on the same frame. They're read from a passing car, so a few words only. Worth including: units managed and your response times.

Make one version for owners and one for tenants; they want different things. Check the rider width matches your sign frame before ordering. Add your license number if your state requires one for property management.

What to put on it

  • Two to four words
  • Phone number or website, if that's the rider's job
  • High-contrast colours

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Sign rider 24 × 6 in and Sign rider 18 × 6 in. Usually printed on corrugated plastic or aluminium to match the main sign.
