Property management event date banner template

A banner tells the whole street what's happening: property managers hang them when units come available or owners compare managers for grand openings, sales and events. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How property managers use this banner

Hang it on a fence, a shopfront or behind a table at an event. Banners are seen from far away and for a moment, so one big message beats several small ones. Worth including: units managed and your response times.

Make one version for owners and one for tenants; they want different things. Dark text on a light background (or the reverse) reads best from a distance. Add your license number if your state requires one for property management.

What to put on it

  • Three to seven words of headline
  • A free rental analysis for owners
  • Your business name or logo
  • A website or phone number large enough to read from the road

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Banner (72 × 24 in) and Banner 3 × 8 ft. Outdoor banners are usually printed on vinyl (13 oz is common) with grommets for hanging; fabric banners suit indoor events. Leave a margin clear of text around the edges for hems and grommets.
