How real estate agents and brokers use this flyer
Hand it out or put it up where buyers, sellers and neighbours will see it: at open houses, on doors in your farm area and in mailboxes. A flyer works when a passer-by gets it in a few seconds, so lead with the offer. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.
Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Use high contrast between text and background; most flyers are read from a distance. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.

Sizes and paper
