How real estate agents and brokers use this door hanger

Hang them on doors near your business and in the neighbourhoods you serve. They're picked up by hand, so a quick, clear offer works best. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Hang them in the late morning on dry days, and never in mailboxes, which in the US are for mail only.
