Real estate keep it handy magnet template

A magnet stays on the fridge for months, which is why real estate agents and brokers use them to be the number buyers, sellers and neighbours call first. Edit it free online, then download or print it.

How real estate agents and brokers use this magnet

Hand them out after a job, mail them, or leave them with new customers. Car-door magnets turn a vehicle into a sign. Worth including: your brokerage name and recent sales.

Put one strong photo first; buyers decide whether to read on from the picture. Make the phone number the biggest thing on the magnet. Add your license number and brokerage if your state requires them, and the Equal Housing logo if your brokerage uses it.

What to put on it

  • Phone number, large
  • What you do, in a few words
  • Website or QR code
  • Logo

Sizes and paper
