How hair salons and spas use this certificate

Use them for awards, course completions, volunteer thanks and milestones. A line on why the award was earned makes it mean more than a generic title, and a real signature makes it official. Worth including: your stylists' experience and the brands you use.

Use 'from' prices for services that depend on hair length, and say so once at the top. Print one test with the longest name on your list to check it fits.

What to put on it

  • Recipient's name, large
  • What it's for
  • Date and signature lines
  • Logo or seal

Sizes and paper

This template comes in 2 sizes, including Certificate (11 × 8.5 in) and Certificate A4. Letter or A4 on heavier cover stock; parchment or textured paper suits formal awards.
